Returns or exchanges are permitted within five business days, all purchases must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty packages will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer for the return), we will reship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.

All packages should be returned via a trackable method, such as EMS,USPS,UPS,DHL. we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
